Grading Services & FAQ

At Slab Hound, we offer middleman services where you can send in ANY card you want to be graded, and returned to you. Both PSA and CGC are supported options. The cards you send in can be sent in any format, receptible or more of your choosing.

FAQ:

What cards can I get graded? 

Any cards, from any TCG can be graded using this service. 

 

When am I billed for my cards?

We are working to update this so that billing is at the time the grading company receives the submission. Yet, today, this is when you check out in the store. 

 

How long does it take to get my cards back?

This depends on how long it takes for us to build up a submission. Grading companies have a minimum number of cards required to be sent in for them to grade. Once a group crosses that threshold, the submission is sent. Expected turnaround times change frequently, please refer to PSA or CGC's respective websites for more detail. Can I have my cards be a part of a community submission that is shown on stream? 

Yes! Please let Dog know you'd like to have your cards revealed live on stream or if you would prefer to have your cards returned directly to you, and not revealed on stream. 

 

Can I send in a submission just for myself, and not wait for a whole group?

Yes! You can send in an entire submission for yourself at any point. There is no limit on the number of cards you can send in.
