English 1st Edition Team Rocket Uncommon Dark Primeape 43

Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita who is a prolific artist for Pokemon making contributions since its launch in Japan in 1996. He’s responsible for designing the symbols for the first six energy types, and illustrated some of the most iconic cards in all of Pokemon, including the Base Set Charizard and Pikachu. 

Released on November 21st, 1997 in Japan, and a few years later in English this was the original Team Rocket set that went on to inspire many others. It features things like dark Pokemon as well as some Team Rocket trainer cards. A fan favorite of many collectors!
