English CGC 9 Noble Victories Reverse Holo Mienfoo 69

Illustrated by match, an artist who started creating for Pokemon TCG back in the HeartGold SoulSilver era. Pokemon in their cards tend to be in motion or have an action pose of sorts. Their style changed slightly over time to include more detailed backgrounds. The last cards they made were for Sun & Moon. 

Released in November 2011 in English as the third Black and White set. Noble Victories features the “victory” Pokemon, Victini on the packs, and in some of the rarest cards. The trainer N has a big chase card in this set as well. Perhaps one of the coolest cards in the era is the reverse holo Meowth featuring its coin on the card as the holo.
