Illustrated by Kyoko Umemoto, who has been a prolific Pokémon artist from as early as 2001. She has a wide pallet of both colors, and detail she will use in her backgrounds that give her a range other artists generally don't show off as frequently. 

Released on August 23rd, 2019, this was the very first set to introduce baby shinies! Since the release of this set, baby shinies, and other shiny Pokemon cards have become more prevalent.
