English PSA 8 Gym Heroes Rare Trainer The Rocket's Trap 19

Illustrated by the legendary Ken Sugimori, one of the original artists for Pokemon, who has produced literally countless Pokemon cards. Estimates put it above over 1000, yet this includes some reprints. A good portion of his early work shows Pokemon in detail with fairly simple backgrounds. His latest work was in Silver Tempest.

Released in Japan in 1998 as Leader’s Stadium, and later in English as Gym Heroes, this set is similar to Gym Challenge and Challenge from the Darkness being a vintage featuring the original Gym Leaders from the Kanto region. This set has Brock, Misty, Erika, and Lt. Surge.
