English PSA 9 Black Star Promo Shining Ho-Oh SM70

Illustrated by Hitoshi Ariga who debuted at the very tail end of the Black & White era in 2013, they have since contributed to over 150 cards. He has a significant history, and background with Mega Man. Allegedly, he’s a fan of Misdreavus, and helped design the concept for Flutter Mane, the paradox Pokemon.
