Illustrated by Katsura Tabata. With nearly 40 cards to their name, and maybe more given some pre-constructed decks they contributed exclusive artwork to, Katsura started working with Pokemon in 2000 with a hefty majority of their cards being related to items. Where many artists focus on Pokemon, or trainers, and perhaps have a few items they create, Katsura is quite the opposite, making them an interesting artist with a unique set of cards they created!
