Japanese CGC 10 Vending Machine Series 3 Nidorino 33

Illustrated by the one, and only Atsuko Nishida, easily one of the most iconic creators in all of Pokemon. She is not only responsible for an incredible amount of cards, but also is the one who designed incredibly popular Pokemon like Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander! Her style tends to lean on an airbrush technique that has a soft, bright approach to Pokemon designs.

These sets were released in 1998, exclusively in Japan. These cards came in sets that were in sheets dispensed by a machine. Overall, a total of 3 sets were released. Considering how early, and exclusive these cards are, they make for an outstanding addition to any vintage collection.

Please note this slab is considered a CGC GEM Mint 10 after CGC’s adjustments to their grading scale. Any card that is a 9.5 in the old blue label can be “reholdered” (for a fee) in the new label as a CGC 10.
