Illustrated by the legendary Ken Sugimori, one of the original artists for Pokemon, who has produced literally countless Pokemon cards. Estimates put it above over 1000, yet this includes some reprints. His latest work was in Silver Tempest.

Released on November 21st, 1997 this was the original Team Rocket set that went on to inspire many others. It features things like dark Pokemon as well as some Team Rocket trainer cards. A fan favorite of many collectors!
