Japanese CGC 9 Rocket Gang Common Eevee 133

Illustrated by the one and only Atsuko Nishida, easily one of the most iconic creators in all of Pokemon. She is not only responsible for an incredible amount of cards, but also is the one who designed incredibly popular Pokemon like Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander! Her style tends to lean on an airbrush technique that has a soft, bright approach to Pokemon designs. 

This is Eeevee's 2nd card in all of Pokemon. Released on November 21st, 1997 this was the original Team Rocket set that went on to inspire many others. 

A definite classic in the old Blue CGC label, it's unlikely there are many of these left!
