Illustrated by Kouki Saitou who had started contributing to Pokemon in 2002. With initial work for the Aquapolis set, he is now one of the most prolific artists in all of Pokemon TCG. Saitou is credited with art for over 700 cards, incorporating a style that closely aligns to what might appear within the anime.

Released in May 2022, this set features all the things from Hisui, the location of Pokemon Legends: Arceus. As with other sets from this era, there are Character Rares which include Pokemon, and their trainers in a single illustration. Rainbow rares appear in this set too, similar to other Sword & Shield era sets.
