Japanese CGC Pristine 10 Terastal Festival Master Ball Holo Bramblin 011

Illustrated by Tetsu Kayama, who started working on Pokemon more recently in 2023. They have contributed some pretty eye-catching Art Rares given their short tenure, including the Machoke AR from 151,and the Noctowl promo. Their art style appears to incorporate dots making for some neat textures, and detail. 

Terastal Festival ex was released in late 2024 as the High Class set of the year in Japan. It is the first set to come out that stars Eevee since Eevee Heroes. It features Eevee, all of the Eeveelutions, master ball holos, and a whole host of amazing SAR.
