Illustrated by GIDORA, who’s been contributing to Pokemon since the Brilliant Stars set, has made quite a splash with the exceptional Art Rares, and Secret Art Rares they’ve illustrated. The artwork they create tends to have detailed backgrounds, with the Trainer or Pokemon being very expressive or in a neat action pose.

Released in late 2022 as VSTAR Universe, and in early 2023 as Crown Zenith, this set is a fan favorite. As a High Class, it has a massive array of full arts, and textured cards that would make any collector drool. This set is a reliable favorite of many given its generous hit rate, and the potential to complete the mural of 9 Pokemon!
