Japanese PSA 10 1st Edition Gym Heroes Common Whitney's Wigglytuff 15

Illustrated by Miki Tanaka, Miki has been contributing to Pokémon since nearly the beginning. Her debut was in Fossil, and she has continued to contribute artwork exceeding 200 cards. The art style she employs favors a simplistic approach without a heavy focus on detail, creating an enjoyable expression of Pokémon in her cards. 

Pokemon VS Series was released between 2001, and 2003. Most of the set came out in 2001. It is a Japanese exclusive set that follows suit to similar Gym Hero sets of the era where each Pokemon has a trainer.
