Japanese PSA 10 HeartGold Collection Holo Arcanine 014

Illustrated by Naioki Saito, this is one of his very first cards he debuted with in 2009. They have continued to contribute to new sets including Glory of Team Rocket. He seems to have a knack for drawing the trainers and people of the Pokemon world. 

Released on October 9th, 2009 in Japan, the HeartGold Collection boasts a line up of incredible Pokemon from Johto including the Ho-oh Legendary halves!
