Japanese PSA 10 Reviving Legends Common Eevee 058

Illustrated by Kanako Eo who has drawn for Pokémon since 2002, with official cards being released in 2005. Her style is usually more playful and emphasizes the cartoon-y aspect of the Pokémon and their surroundings. 

This particular card is pretty neat due to its certification number from PSA having a total of five 7's with four of those being consecutive. 

Released in Japan on February 11th, 2010, Reviving Legends features some of the most sought after cards of this era, the Prime Pokémon. This particular set features a handful of eeveelutions and pseudo-legendary Pokémon.
