Japanese PSA 9 Crossing the Ruins... Holo Magnemite 81

Illustrated by K. Hoshiba, who contributed to a handful of sets in Pokemon’s Neo era, and in the EX era as well. Their style for cards leveraged 3D design, similar to Keiji Kinebuchi. They went on to work on graphic support, and design for Pokemon’s video games after retiring from contributing to the TCG. 

A set that goes by many names. 'Neo Destiny', in English. 'Crossing the Ruins…' In Japanese and PSA denotes it at 'NEO 2'. Keep up. The set features amazing artwork of Gen 2 Pokemon from Johto. The set is fairly popular given its scarce printing relative to earlier sets. It was released in early 2000.
