Japanese PSA 9 EX Ruby & Sapphire Expansion Pack Rare Holo Sceptile 003

Illustrated by the longtime Pokemon artist Midori Harada. She has created over 300 illustrations for Pokemon TCG over her tenure starting in 2002. Her style is generally light, and calming with lush backgrounds. 

This is Sceptile's 3rd card in all of Pokemon TCG. Released on January 31st, 2003, the EX Ruby and Sapphire Expansion Pack focused on Gen 3 Pokemon from Hoenn.
